A Servant's Heart

One of the joys and strengths in working with this ministry is the people who make up the ETC Team. They are sincere, humble Christians with a strong faith. They believe that God supplies and directs the work of His people. These staff energize the ETC venture. Here's the dedicated team that drive this effort.

You've met Dave and Cyndi already. Dave serves as part-time professional, while Cyndi serves as volunteer.


Board of Directors

The Board of Directors serve as volunteers in the major decision-making and vision for Equipping Today's Church. They are:

  John Markstrum – Chief Financial Officer
  

  Dave McMillen – Secretary
  

  Maragaret Duffield – Member
  

  Connie Moore – Member

  
  

Administrative Assistant

• Deanna Manning – serves as part-time staff to direct our office and edits publications.
  

Additional volunteer staff are:

• Dean Pickering, Treasurer: makes the deposits and handles income accounting.
  
• Ginny and Dick Farish, Mailing Team – faithfully prepare our newsletter for mailing
  
• James Kosako, Associate, Teacher training and music consulting
  
• Blane Bockhacker, Associate, Youth Consultant
  
• Dianna Higdon, Associate , Convention support
  

Many of the above team members have been with ETC since its inception. We thank God for their efforts and unique contributions to this ministry team.
